Description —

On Sunday, October 18th, 2015 at approximately 10:30 P.M. Officers responded to 1006 Mesquite in reference to a physical disturbance in progress. As Officers arrived, noticed three males in a physical altercation in front of the residence. After administering two, one second bursts of OC/CS gas on the males subjects, Officer was able to seperate the subjects. During the investigation, it was found that one of the males had assaulted his wife and mother while at the residence and the other two males were attempting to stop the altercation. The male subject was taken into custody for two counts of Assault Family Violence- Choking- F3 and Criminal Mischief- M/B and later booked in at the Alvin Police Department Jail.
