Description: Sup/kennel 01/29/13: application received and fees receipted. mo 01/29/13: file scanned and sent to rancho office for processing. mo 02/11/13: received information in rancho office, given to m. malcolm. sg 03/06/13 inspection completed. there are some questions about outdoor storage but i am satisfied with the property owner's answer that the items outside are for an ongoing rehab project on her house. she has b&s permits and was obviously in the middle of rehabbing when i was there. linda has 15 dogs at this time and i reminded her that 15 is the absolute limit. she states she understands. pics 102-8119-8131 filed. i am waiting on megan to give approval for her department permit before forwarding permit file face sheet to i. nunez. mm 05/23/13: emailed i. nunez regarding information. sg 06/04/13 e-mailed megan regarding approval or denial. she states that the person never filled out an application with her and that she will give the property owner two more weeks. mm 06/21/13 emailed megan about whether linda leach responded to her request to turn in the application. megan states she doesn't know and will be in office on monday. mm 06/24/13 called linda leach. she states she was trying to get the dogs neutered and she has three left to do this last week. she was under the impression that she had until the end of the month and she feels she will be able to do that. i will contact megan on july 1, 2013. mm 07/03/13 megan states that linda leach emailed her regarding not being able to get the dogs neutered until 7/13/13. i will contact megan again at that point. mm 07/13/13 megan states that linda leach states that she still has 3 more dogs to neuter and she won't be able to do so until after she receives her social security check for august. will check again after august first. mm 08/05/13 per megan, linda is making progress in obtaining her license. she has more dogs that must be neutered first and she is having financial issues that will only allow her to get a few dogs done at a time. mm 09/05/13 per megan, linda received more vouchers and is almost done neutering dogs. mm 09/26/13 called linda re: status with megan's application. she states she has had all dogs neutered and vaccinated and now she just needs to send in the app and check to megan. she also states she is having complications with money for megan's app because she has to send in an additional payment and won't have the money until she gets her next social security check. emailed this information to megan. mm 10/29/13 megan approved her permit for linda leach. submitted permit file face sheet to nacho for approval. mm 10/31/13: per i. nunez, permit approved. sg 11/14/13: permit and approval letter sent to applicant. sg
