Description: This is the address of sdl towing aka tucson car care towing. in their back lot, they have 3 trailers in their inpound yard with people living in them! there is raw sewage /graywater being dumped/drained directly on the surface soil. it smells bad and is clearly unhygenic and unsanitary. while i was there, i saw waste water exiting the 4" black abs pipe extending from one of trailers...
