Description: Eplans**replace existing roof top package unit with new- same size and location. this unit is not functioning at all. we need to schedule and complete this asap. i ordered a seismic engineering report this morning and will upload it asap. it will probably take at least a few days to get back. this should be considered an emergency change out. can we proceed as soon as we are able to get the new unit here?
