Description: Has tons of stuff in backyard. lots of piles of stuff. has approx. 5 old cars and car parts. property owner lives in back of property; in a small shed/tool shack. *house has been closed for 3-4 years now and is full of rats. property owner dumps bags of cat food on property to feed all kinds of cats and is attracting rats to feed also. can see violation from alley or if can't see violation, contact r/p to get access from his property.
