Description: Trucking & equipment rental 12-21-06 hop inspection with robert delavera-small bedroom being used for office- informed owner that there can only be two commercial vehicles on property at any given time- sr 01-12-07 fi- no land use violations- only two commercial vehicles on property -forwarded pictures to t. mistretta sr 1/16/07: hop approved by a. mistretta with conditions. 1/17/07: mailed permit with conditions to owner - a2042 02-16-07 rec'd complaint washing trucks- street sweepers there- tm 02-20-07 field inspection- spoke with alisha- had mobile car washer there over weekend to wash personal vehicles- could not locate any runoff to street- street sweeper was there to obtain supplies- sr 02-21-07 field inspection- one semi cab- one rock tanker, one big tractor- no other commercial vehicles there- rec'd copy of check paid to sonia gonzalez (mobile car wash) for washing personal vehicles on 2-16-07 sr 11/10/10 invoiced- egp 1/4/11 - fees paid in full for renewal jh 01/09/12: emailed m. malcolm checklist for re-inspection. sg 01/20/12 left vm for callback. mm 03/05/12 left vm for callback. mm 03/06/12 po's wife called to say husband in hospital and she needs two more weeks before making an appt. mm 04/02/12 left vm for possible appointment on 4/10. mm 04/05/12 left vm for possible appointment for 4/10. mm 04/10/12 left door hanger for final contact by 4/17/12. pic of door hanger filed (pic 102-3802), mm 04/25/12 no contact from applicants. application denied. permit file face sheet forwarded to i. nunez. mm 5/15/12 attempted one last phone call to set hop appointment. left message on alisha's line for wood bros. message left said she needs to contact us by end of business day today or hop application will be denied. nunez 30. 05/29/12 called and left message at 760-247-1375 to call me for an appointment. the automated voice stated that the number was for the wood bros. received a call from denise who stated that she no longer wanted the permit. delivered this information to nacho and we will proceed to close case. mm 5/30/12 ceo malcom spoke to denise at wood bros. denise stated that she no longer needed the permit and that no business would be run out of the property. signed today to close permit file. nunez 30.
