Description: Embroidery/office only 11/27/12: received application and application fee of $309.00. file scanned. project notices mailed. to rancho bin for inspection. rg 12/10/12: information given to m. malcolm for inspection. sg 01/03/13 inspection conducted. non-permitted storage container needs permit. mm 02/07/13 left message. mm 04/10/13 left message. mm 05/21/13 left message. mm 06/04/13 several messages left regarding getting a permit for the storage container. she will not call back. mm 06/07/13 spoke to applicant who states she was told by b&s that she will need to paint the storage container in order to get a permit and she doesn't have the money now and needs more time. emailed i. nunez on how to proceed. mm 06/13/13 per i. nunez we should give applicant 30 days to start permit procedure. left message for applicant. mm 07/18/13: applicant called regarding storage container on property and hop. she stated she said someone told her to paint her storage container before hop could be permitted. gave her b&s number to call for a pre-alteration inspection. sg 07/19/13 applicant states she is about ready to get the permit final. she is having her son paint the storage container. i told her to contact b&s to let them know what she wants to do and what steps to take next and then contact me. mm 08/15/13 left message for applicant regarding status of storage container. b&s has completed the pre-alt. mm 08/21/13 applicant called to state that she talked to the inspector and he also wants her to move the storage container up to 10 feet away from her structure. she will then paint it. i told her i would check back with her in 2 weeks. mm 09/10/13 applicant states that she broke her foot and has been dealing with that. she claims she moved the storage container 10 feet already and that she needs to contact planning in order to see what needs to be done before she paints the container. i will call in one week. mm 09/23/13 left msg about status on storage container. mm 09/26/13 left msg asking about status on storage container. mm 10/01/13 spoke with joyce and she states she needs a compatibility plan before she gets the okay from planning to paint the container. will check with her in two weeks. mm 10/31/13 spoke to joyce. she states the planner working on this is oxso. at this point the surrounding property owners are being sent notices and by 11/25/13 she will have an answer from him. mm 12/05/13 left message for joyce if there is an update from oxso. sent oxso an email on 11/26/13 and 12/03/13 and received no reply. forwarded email requests to nacho for the next step in the process of communication. mm 12/10/13 per oxso he sent joyce a letter in november and he states the next step is for joyce to go to b&s to obtain final. joyce has not responded. nov sent for obtaining permit by 01/09/13. mm 01/13/14 po has permit final for cargo container. no other issues on property. recommend approval. permit file face sheet forwarded to i. nunez for review. mm 02/05/14: per i. nunez, permit approved. sg 02/18/14: permit, approval letter and conditions sent to applicant. sg
