Description: Sr55174the renters at 10402 put up a new fence fronting rainbridge drive street and dumped their old rotten fence on the sidewalk and the managing realty company who manages this rental property for an absentee landlord who resides in nabraska refuses to haul out the pile of rotten wood fence with all the rusty nails from the sidewalk. thus far 4 cars that have driven by rainbridge dr. road have had flat tires as a result of the rusty nails from the old piled up fence. children bike and play in this area and unless the renters or the realty compmay has the common courtesy to respect other neighbors this piled up rotten fence on the sidewalk will be unsafe for cars and children
