Description: Sr29583 9/30/2015there is always a water maintenance issue at this property, the water has been off now going on two days. there are notes listed on the wall stating the water is off but no update or any other information to say when service will be restored. this is a constant problem here and no one ever tell the tenants anything, right now there is no way to bath, cook or flush the toilet (no sanitation). if there is a fire the sprinkler system will not work because there is no water. please follow up and help us help them keep this place up to code. Description: Crm-adx service request # sr 7258 reflections apartments are very nasty when you come by the trash. they seem to never pick it up and it stays piled up with trash and furniture. i am searching for a new place to stay. my air conditioner has been broke almost a month and nobody has even came to look at it. i went to the office 4 times about it and still nobody has came. i have two children that live with me also and it seems to always have roaches here no matter how clean you keep it and have it sprayed. someone needs to crack down on this place. it's a very bad environment to stay in.
