Description: Schuett garage build build garage, create breezeway and add driveway build a 22' x 34' garage, modify the existing carport to become a breezeway and add to the driveway. the reason for the pole garage style is because of the huge trees everywhere in the neighborhood and our yard. i also don't want to kill and possibly have to remove any trees. i call it a carport only because that's what it began as and i will have to remove all the walls and possibly rebuild structure where termites have been. additionally the front corner of the carport will need to be removed for the garage to be built and an addition of the rear corner. this is because of the pie shaped lot and running the garage parallel to the property line. it will be a pole garage from menard's. 22' x 34' by 12'. the pitch will match the houses 5/12 pitch and the shingles will match the houses. the outside will be vinyl siding to match the house. concrete will be the flooring. one additional note: since i teach college at metropolitan community college, i have talked to the construction technology instructors and they plan on bringing out their classes for a real application of what they are teaching their students.
