Description: Description of complaint: this house was damaged in a fire 2 years ago. there has been intermittent to repair it, but since the roof was replaced earlier this year, there has been little if anything done. it basically has open access and the yard is overgrown and covered with trash. it does not appear that any further work is being done.

Description: Description of complaint: in september 2011, the house at 101 foxwood drive in brandon, caught on fire and burned... completely gutting the house. the house was condemmed. in march 2012, someone purchased the house, but did nothing for months, so i complained numerous times to code enforcement. finally, in july '12, there was some demoltion done. now, the house looks worse than ever, no roof, no windows, and nasty-looking, very old pieces of plywood put up to cover the garage door opening and some windows, but not all. nothing has been done since the demoliton in july. this is now september... one year since the house burned. everyone in this neighborhood is mad that this house has been allowed to remain in this condition for one full year. this nasty looking, burned out home with no roof, no windows and terrible looking old pieces of plywood is a disgrace to our neighborhood... and either needs to be rebuilt immediately... or torn down. there are a number of homes in this nice little neighborhood that have been nicely restored... and a few are for sale, but no one is even considering purchasing a home in this neighborhood because of this house, which is the first house as you enter the neighborhood. i have been elected by the neighborhood residents to demand that code enforcement force the new owner to immediately rebuild the house or have the house demolished. please call me... 813-571-7300. thank you! paul saxon nearest major intersection: brandon blvd and: hilltop what road does the location run off?: hilltop name of subdivision / complex: brandontree complainant name: paul saxon phone: 813-571-7300 email me a confirmation copy of this complaint: yes for an email copy of input, please enter email here: [email protected]

Description: This is a 1978 single family block home that has sustained extensive fire damage. damage to the structure includes the roof, exterior/interior walls, electrical, windows, doors, ceilings, floor coverings and hvac construction components. the condition of the structure could pose a hazard to the community during a significant wind event. the structure is unsafe, not fit for human habitation and constitutes public nuisance. any junk, trash, debris, overgrowth, and inoperative vehicle(s) are included. any accessory structures(s) and or swimming pool cannot remain without a primary dwelling.
