Description: Notice - this permit must be left on the job. permit holder agrees: 1. to observe all permit ordinances and requirements of metro and in accordance with chapter 13.20.090 of metro ordinance 097-785. 2. all obstructions in the right-of-way must comply with the current requirements of the mutcd. 3. all work in the right-of-way must comply with current metro standards. 4. public works reserves the right to adjust permit restrictions as needed to assure public safety. 5. permit holder must provide alternate path of travel in accordance with the current ada (americans with disabilities act). 6. permitee is required to obtain any other necessary permit required by local state or federal agencies prior to starting work. note: if department of public works writes a permit the police can override this permit issue a ticket or make you move.
